The name
“High agency” describes people who treat obstacles as problems to solve rather than limits to accept. They think clearly, act on their own initiative, and find a way. That is the standard we try to hold ourselves to.
The approach
We favour small additions with an outsized effect over large undertakings. The projects are not built for one market or sector. They start wherever a real bottleneck is found.
